MEET ALEXA
Creative Director & Founder
Alexa’s introduction to the world of design came at an early age, as she watched her father work with architectural blueprints. She enjoyed accompanying him to job sites and admired the skills he used to bring a design concept to life. Alexa started working as a helper and, eventually, skilled tradesman for her family’s residential development company where she had the joy of assisting with multiple projects, her favorite being the construction of their family’s Connecticut home. These experiences served as a backdrop for her lifelong passion for design and construction, and equipped her with an insider’s view into the process of creating custom spaces from the ground up.
Alexa’s love of design led her to earn a Degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology where she graduated with Honors, and to further her studies at the prestigious New York School of Interior Design, one of the top design schools in the country. There, she received specialized training from world-class design experts, placing ACS INTERIORS among an exclusive group of design firms worldwide.
A New England native, Alexa’s approach to design is grounded in the timeless appeal of classical architecture. She believes designs that stand the test of time and those that implement state-of-the-art sustainability measures should go hand in hand. As a LEED Green Associate, Alexa utilizes a thorough comprehension of green building principles and practices to create spaces that are both sophisticated and sustainable.
After more than ten years working with numerous architects and designers in New York and Palm Beach, Alexa founded ACS INTERIORS. Under her leadership, ACS INTERIORS now maintains an ever-growing reputation for outstanding service and design excellence.
